Terms and Conditions

Child policy

  • Child 0-6 years sharing parents' room - free of charge.
  • 6 to 11 years old is considered as 'Children' and the respective resorts' child policies and rates apply.
  • Children 12 years and above are considered adults; extra bed provided, and triple (adult) rates apply.

Refund policy

During peak season (August and December/January/February/March)

  • If canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If canceled later, 10% of the value of booking will be charged.
  • In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

During off-peak periods (all other months)

  • If canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If canceled later, 10% of the value of booking will be charged.
  • In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in and check-out policy

  • Check-in time: 14:00 hours.
  • Check-out time: 11:00 hours.
  • Early check-in/late check-out will be provided, subject to availability and upon confirmation by the hotel one day before scheduled arrival.
